How to create Bulk Post CSV using Social Poster

It allows you to upload a bulk image, link, and text campaigns via CSV file to be posted on specified social media.

The CSV file has to have 4 header fields with the exact name as the following – campaign_name, campaign_type, message, and source. These are the required header fields. The values for the campaign_name field may be optional. But you have to put values for the campaign_type and message fields. The campaign_type must be one of three types – text, image, or link. The source field's values may be optional, but we recommend you provide values for the source header field, especially for image and link campaign types. 

Let's began with how to do it.
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard, then find out the Social Posting menu from the left-hand side menu box. Click on that menu. See the screenshot below:

Step 2: Now, you need to scroll down onto the Social Posting page. Find out Bulk Post Planner module navigating box under the Social Poster section and click on the Campaign list link there as red-marked on the screenshot:

Step 3: Read the information about how the data in the CSV file should be formatted. To get the idea, you could download the sample.csv file. Do it as described in the image below: 

Step 4: Once you’ve downloaded the sample CSV file or you’ve prepared a CSV file, then you can upload it via the upload option shown on the screenshot

Step 5: Once you’ve uploaded the CSV file, you should then get an interface with a table that contains the data you’ve uploaded. At the top of the data table, you should see two buttons named – Manual and Automatic. 
Step 6: The Manual button allows you to set up date-time for every campaign manually. In contrast, the Automatic button allows you to set up start-date, post-time-range, post-interval, and day-off for the campaigns. After that, the system will then automatically calculate your settings and apply them to the campaigns.  

Automatic Settings

Let’s start with Automatic settings. 

Step 1: Select Start Date.
Step 2: Select times where you have  to enter the start time and end time

Step 3: Select the post-interval time 

Step 4: You can set Do not post on days. For example, if you don't want to post on Sunday, you add Sunday here. 

Step 5: You can set reposting. Once done, click on the Next button. 

Step 6: Enter the time zone when you want to post it. 

Step 7: Select an account and add Social Media accounts where you want to add it. 

Step 8: Click on the 'create' button. Done. You can see the reports.

Let's understand Manual settings. 

Step 1: You will see the list of campaigns. You have to select the date and time for each campaign.
Step 2: Once the date and time are added, click on the 'Next' button.

Step 3: Enter the time zone when you want to post it. 

Step 4: Select an account and add Social Media accounts where you want to add it. 

Step 5: Click on the 'Create' button. Done. You can see the reports.

You control your campaign by going to the campaign list. You will see the options delete, edit, view reports, and you can clone it.
