How to set auto-reply using keywords in SocialBot Messenger Bot

In this article, you will get to know how to auto-reply using keywords in the SocialBot Messenger Bot.
Make sure you have the following things-
- You must have SocialBot login and access to the Messenger Bot feature.
- Make sure that you must connect to Facebook.

Go to the messenger bot option available on the left menu bar, then click on the Action Button of SocialBot Settings.
Step 2: Click on the 'Bot reply' setting option.
Step 3: Click on the 'Add bot reply' button.
Step 4: Add bot name.
Note:- Name must be related and unique.
Step 5: Keywords that you want to reply to customers through the bot.
Note:- Add keywords comma-separated to reply based on keyword detected in message automatically.
Step 6: Select what type of reply you want to send to the customer.
Step 7: Enter your bot reply Message and then click the 'Submit' button.
