This article will guide you on how to set up a Postback in SocialBot.

Step 1: Create a new template.

Step 2: Enter template name.

Step 3: Select your store where you want to show this PostBack.

Step 4: You can select a parent or child.

If you want a child PostBack, you must have at least one parent PostBack.

Step 5: Please check or update PostBack ID as per your requirement. 

Step 6: Enter your Label and if you want to run a campaign, then select Sequence campaigns.

Step 7: Select the type of reply you want to give to the customer.

Step 8: Enter the reply message.

You can see types of replies in the right-hand side window.
 Final Step: Click on the submit button.
